We look at what exactly it means for these men to be eating the fruit of their own way, we look at the connection that has with reaping and sowing and how that aligns with the perfect justice of God. We also look at why they were filled with their own devices and the effect that, that had on them.

In this episode of the Treasury of Solomon podcast, we look at Proverbs 1:30. This verse says, "They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof." We look at why they didn't want any of the counsel of the Lord and the effect that, that produced in their lives. We also look at why didn't want His reproof either, to the point where they even despised it. We don't want that to be our story, so we look at how we can avoid falling into the same trap as we continue to embrace and obey His counsel and reproof.

We look at what it was about knowledge that they hated and what type of knowledge it was specifically that they despised. we also look at what exactly it means to hate it and why they would hate it. We then look at why they wouldn't choose the fear of the Lord and the implications of that decision.There's a lot that we can learn from this verse about embracing knowledge and making our priority the fear of the Lord.
