Over the past 12 days, the prosecution and the defence have presented their evidence for and against Christmas traditions, films and songs - and now it is time for you to decide whether Santa Claus is innocent or guilty. Before you cast your final vote, the prosecution and the defence present their closing statements. Kelly Crichton argues that Father Christmas is a "negligent father" and Saint Nick is "no saint", whilst Dan McLaughlin delivers his evidence in poetic form, praising the Christmas spirit that Santa brings to billions of children across the world.
