Shalaka is an accomplished theatre and television artiste with over 25 years experience as an actor, director and producer.  Since 2009, she has run her theatre company "WECANDOIT" in Singapore under which she has staged numerous plays. She also started the first 10 minute theatre festival in Singapore called 'Dastak' in 2016.  Shalaka is a certified theatre practitioner and has been conducting leadership and team building theatre training course for school and companies for over 15 years.

Rita is  the Executive Director of Culture for All Service in Finland which is a non-profit organization and the co-founder of Nordic Network for Norm Critical Leadership. Prior to this she has been part of Turku 2011 Foundation and also a Researcher at University of Helsinki. She has a Ph.d in Scandinavian Literature with a gender studies focus.
