    Sharen helped to set up Punjabi speaking family groups to try to help family members of alcoholics to find ways to cope with a loved ones drinking and addictions. The importantance of Punjabi groups is so that everyone in the group can understand cultural aspects without explanation.

    With a rise of alcoholism during covid lockdown there has been a rise in demand for family members who can no longer manage under these testing circumstances.
