Dr. Kavitha Chinnaiyan is a practicing cardiologist and Professor of Medicine with more than a hundred peer-reviewed publications, and an International educator in the fields of cardiac imaging, preventive cardiology, and heart disease in women. Henika is the founder of the School of Sensual Arts, which invites you into deeper sensuality and intimacy so you can experience more connection, aliveness and joy in yourself, your relationships and your life.

Henika is a first generation Indian Woman born in England who grew up in a household abundant in the ancient Indian arts and spirituality. After experiencing numbness and depression following a series of personal losses, she left the corporate world and returned to her roots, spending several years living and studying in Asia, India and the Far East.

She returned to England and began her studies in arts therapy and clinical psychotherapy for individuals and couples, and now creates spaces for deeper connection to self, sensuality and spirit through Tantra yoga, bodywork, embodiment and art.

As an indigenous practitioner, she is also a thought leader on the topic of cultural appropriation of Tantra and yoga and provides education on driving more cultural appreciation in the wellness world through her workshops, programmes and social media.
