    After returning from a challenging overseas contract in 2013, Rachelle Davis faced an unexpected battle with chronic fatigue, a stark contrast to the energy and vitality she once knew. The transition was tough; sleepless nights, difficulty exercising, and an injury that seemed to halt her recovery at every turn. Rachelle's move to Texas brought more surprises when a routine VA physical revealed elevated blood pressure, a condition foreign to her past health experiences.

    Armed with a recent certification as a holistic health coach, Rachelle sought answers, starting with a stress seminar and an enlightening exam by an acupuncturist. The diagnosis was clear: chronic fatigue syndrome. Undeterred, she meticulously researched every symptom and crafted a regimen that led to her healing. Today, Rachelle is dedicated to guiding others through similar struggles, aiming to reignite the hope and health once dimmed by life’s unexpected turns.
