    This week Kristy has special guest, Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy practitioner, Evelyn Olson! Evelyn was in a serious accident in 2011, where she crushed her L1 and L2 vertebrae. The recovery process was slow and painful. Upon the recommendation of a friend, she tried Craniosacral Therapy. To her complete surprise, after the first session, she felt as if her spine had elongated, her breathing improved, and her pain decreased significantly. This unexpected and powerful physiological response led her to pursue BCST as a career. Evelyn completed a 4 year practitioner training program and is a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (RCST®). She is currently serving on the board of the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America. Evelyn also serves as the chair of the BCST Case Study Task Force Committee whose objective is to facilitate BCST's eligibility for insurance coverage making it accessible to all!
