Steph has an interesting journey. She had an easy time conceiving her two first kids but when it came to trying to conceive baby number three she struggled. That's when she started working with Dr. Naomi Whittaker and binging the Food Freedom Fertility Podcast.

After being diagnosed with endometriosis and having surgery she went on to conceive twins! Steph said she was not happy with her OBGYN care and opted to have a home birth! This episode is so uplifting and one you will want to listen to.
