The schedule I have now where I work 2-3 days a week, have evenings and weekends for me and my little family, Mondays as my grounding day (my weekend in my eyes when the little ones are in school), and Fridays as my me & money-mindset day, feels so saturating to my soul! But it wasn't always like this! I used to work 5-7 days a week on my business (even though I enjoyed it in some phases), but overall, it was coming from a place of survival (fight mode) to be successful.
