Sublime

There is only one problem with an Emily Henry book: it ends. Just when you are in your really happy place (sorry), it tugs on your last heart string and credits roll. Each new Henry book is my favorite, and this is no exception. I adore Miles, and his Grand Gesture may be the most original and heartfelt ever. Daphne is broken and delightful, and I loved her journey of self discovery. Just a perfect gem of a book that I wanted never to end. it goes without saying that narration by Julia Whelan is just icing on the cake. She IS the voice of Emily Henry books, and she is superb in interpreting them. Let the countdown begin to next year.

Absolutely Loved!!

This may be my new favorite! Narration is simply superb, as usual, and the story had me feeling all the feels. Would love to see this on the big screen.

The characters are so lovable. Emily Henry weaves magic into her stories. Miles is def one of my favorite book boyfriends.

This book grabs your from the start!!!

I absolutely devoured this book. Such a great story. It made me laugh out loud so many times.

Kinda sad, not so funny

Story line was fun and good. Julia’s narration was perfection! I really loved the characters and was so glad to see those received what they deserved.

Another Wonderful Romantic Comedy by Emily Henry

It seems like I’d been waiting forever for this book to be released, and it was was worth the wait! Once I started listening to this audiobook I couldn’t stop listening, and it made me laugh and cry and laugh and cry some more. I loved this book! Emily Henry has a gift for storytelling and now I can’t wait for her next book! I will be telling my friends that they have to read this book!

The narration was wonderful, too!

In love with these characters

Per usual, Emily Henry has created such gorgeous and full and completely characters for us to love and I miss them already! Another emphatic 5 star book for me from Em Hen <3

Her books just keep getting better and better!

I have been so excited about this new book and spent the last 2 weeks listening to all Henry's past books (for the third time) to get in the mood for this one. There is no better combination than Emily Henry and Julia Whelan. I hope Julia has committed to do all her books for eternity.

This story was amazing and I fell in love with Miles Nowak from the beginning when he was listening to sad love songs and smoking weed to mend his broken heart. You could just tell that there were going to be so many layers to him and I was not disappointed. He is the perfect friend and boyfriend and someone you wish you had in your life. And the parts about Daphne in the library and her amazing voices at story time were so fun. Of course as in all Emily Henry books the writing is gorgeous. I am always bookmarking so many different passages so I started keeping a hard copy of the book on hand to so I can take notes along the way but I can't give up listening to Julia narrate the story for me so I preordered both the audible and the book.

Please read this book. It is truly delightful and as all Emily Henry books do it gives me another location to add to me bucket list of areas of the country I have to visit to meet the lovely people, see the amazing scenery and try all the local foods! Please write faster Emily I don't know if I can wait another year!!!
