Help yourself, help those you advise.
This is a fantastic read for anyone who does advisory work vocationally. I will absolutely be reviewing my notes before embarking on a second listen.
Mr. Baker’s direct and to the point composition coupled with his examples from decades of experience makes for a read well worth the time investment with minimal fluff and/or wasted words.

David’s precision of knowing exactly what you’re going through…
In all his works, David proves his expertise by knowing exactly what you’re going through with nearly concerning levels of accuracy. This books Is no different. By discovering him through podcasts, then one book, now this next one, who better to walk you through the land of consulting as a tradecraft then a man who remains a pioneer in our field? This was an enjoyable few hours full of specific, actionable insights. This will be utilized as a handbook I re-open over and over again.

A lighter, but deep dive into the art of expertise.
