This voice
Braham Needs to be reading everything to out you to sleep. He should narrate the alphabet! Honestly just hearing it now helps me stop my racing mind and rest. Only wish is that it was longer than 19 minutes, I think 30 would be ideal and add a bit of lapping waves to the background and perfection!

Didn't work for me.
I'm sure different things help different people so this is just feedback on my experience. Weirdly, there was too much imagery in this for me. Asking my brain to deal with the beach and the dock and the party-goers and the boat was counter-productive and stimulating rather than relaxing. Cool story though and might be good for someone else.
