Good romance not a lot of plot

A sweet love story but the plot was seriously lacking. A nice quick read. Great performance by the audio narrator

Narrator ruined it for me

If I have to hear SOWWRY one more time I think I might jump off a bridge. The book was short and sweet a good read while at work, definitely could’ve used some further scenes but good overall. The narrator kinda ruined it for me though.

Intriguing from start to finish

Loved the story! i read it months ago but to actually listen to it was a different kind of feel and experience! A.J. Whyle does a great job and captures all the emotions and feels! loved it hardcore!

Sweet and sexy!

Loved this novella inspired by beauty and the beast! This is the first work of this author that I’ve read but won’t be the last!

Solid Novella: Romantasy at it's finest

This was a really well written novella which included a lot of classic romantasy tropes. The story was short and sweet, there was definitely room to expand this plot a bit but for a novella it was solid.

A princess is wed to the winner of a hunting competition. The mysterious "Reaper" is the one who wins this contest. No one knows anything about the reaper except girls who have been seen with him disappear and it is suspected that he is the reason for the dead bodies being found in the forest. He needs her blood to break a curse and she is having none of it.

✅ Enemies to lovers
✅ One bed
✅ Cat and Mouse
✅ Morally grey fae
✅ Taking care when injured

This is definitely a spicer read. It can be explicit and has lots of smutty language. If this bothers you, find another book because it's well done in this one and us faerie 🌽 lovers are into it.

The audio was well done as well. My only hiccup with the audio was how the narrator says, "I'm sorry." It was so heavy on the Canadian accent that it totally distracted me from the story over and over 😂

Too Short

Good story but lacking depth. I felt like there could have been more to the story. I really enjoyed the narrator and hope to hear more books with her.

NOT GOOD!!!!!!!

There was a total of 2 spicy scenes. If you wanna call them that, they were very repetitive. Also, I didn't like the dialog. It was very juvenile, and the main characters were immature 🙄 icky vibes with this book.
