Present moment awareness is an essential ingredient in life if one expects to experience any degree of authentic peace and contentment. It has been acknowledged for centuries as the cornerstone of spiritual awakening in all traditions of Eastern thought. In the West, however, it is still a relatively unrecognized concept for living. The Western mind is always restless, never content with the moment.

Story
Here is a gripping account of the major postwar trial of the Nazi hierarchy in World War II. The Nuremberg Trial brilliantly recreates the trial proceedings and offers a reasoned, often profound examination of the processes that created international law. From the whimpering of Kaltenbrunner and Ribbentrop on the stand to the icy coolness of Goering, each participant is vividly drawn.

Detailed and rewarding listen for history buffs

Excellent handling of a difficult subject
"I delayed listening to this book for several years concerned that it would simply be a compendium of Nazi horrors. Instead, the book focuses on the extraordinary attempts made by the four powers to hold a fair, unbiased trial. While many if the horrific deeds are discussed, they are not the focus. An excellent book for any serious student of the WW2 era."
