普通の人が催眠のかけ方を覚え、相談者の悩み事を解決に導く心理カウンセラーへと成長していくための本です。 ではまず、初心者の方に向けて催眠療法がどういったものか説明していきましょう。
あなたは『催眠療法』という言葉から何を連想するでしょうか?
たとえば悩める相談者に催眠術をかけて、問題解決のための暗示を与えるようなものでしょうか?
テレビで行われている催眠術を観ていると、気の弱そうな男性に「あなたは社交的になります」と暗示を与えたら、まるで政治家になったみたいに堂々としゃべりはじめたりすることがあります。
このような光景を目にすると、催眠術を使えば性格改善などいとも簡単にできてしまうような印象を受けてしまいます。
でも、こういった催眠は一時的なものでしかありません。
こんな催眠術のパフォーマンスで変われるほど、人の心は簡単にはできていないのです。
実際の催眠療法では、いわゆる『暗示療法』というものは行われておりません。
しかし、あろうことか催眠を職業にしている人の中にも「催眠の暗示で悩み事が解決する」と信じている人がいれば「催眠は暗示を使って潜在意識の情報を書き換えるものだ」と言っている人もいます。
こういった人は催眠の原理すらわかっていないのです。
催眠は正しく使えば、ほかの方法では治すことができないものまで治すことができます。
しかし、正しく催眠を使っている催眠療法士は極めて少なく、相談者を解決に導けない催眠療法士がたくさんいるのが現在の状況です。
本書では、催眠療法に適した誘導法の中で、成功率の高い方法、そして今まで公開してこなかったプロならではの成功率をあげるコツなどを述べていますので、相談者を催眠に導けずに悩んでいる催眠療法士の方は参考にしていただけたらと思います。
この本は、現在の間違った催眠療法を払拭し、催眠の本当の可能性と活用法をわかっていただくために作成されました。
