Good high level overview of suggestions

I thought the overall content was helpful and loved the additional information and suggestions provided with each tip. For me, I would have preferred a narrator with a calmer, softer, more soothing voice. Overall, an easy listen with some great ideas for stress relief.

Self-care at its best!

As a single mom to three teen boys, I'm always looking for new ways to de-stress and this book is perfect! The ideas in this book are great reminders, very creative, and motivated me to be more intentional with self-care. I'm excited to put this into action!

great ideas!!

This listen has some super fantastic ideas on how to release stress. Many I knew but you forget to do them when you are stressed out so this was a great reminder. Great new ideas for me as well. Thnak you

Great stuff!

I actually loved this! I thought it gave me some good, healthy ideas for relieving stress. A lot were things I could have come up with on my own, but I was also surprised to find a good amount of new, unique ideas. I think everyone experiences stress differently so I can't speak for everyone, but I enjoyed it!

Some excellent tips!

I've been burning the candle at both ends and need to slow down and show myself some self-care. I don't always have the time to take a walk in the park, especially as a mother. This audiobook delivers some realistic and practical ways to destress. I really like the idea of taking a bath instead of a shower. I also appreciated hearing how getting up a little earlier than my kids would give me some "me time" I feel the author is speaking directly to me and cares about my wellbeing. Thank you!
