Great Info. Needs a Printable PDF Download though

This is really great info. I got it because Strutzel's other vocabulary book is good as well. The other book has a downloadable PDF to use for reference. This Business Vocab one does not. So I'm returning it. I may reorder if they add a Downloadable PDF.

Not worth the time.

I would like to get a refund. This is all slang and not professional. This is not how the book was described. Who do I contact for a refund?

Huge disappointment

Bought this book with the objective to expand upon my professional, formal vocabulary for better dialogue. I didn’t expect this book to primarily be business slang that is used so rarely these days. While I’m familiar with most of the slang reviewed in this book, rarely did I ever hear it used in any negotiations or business dealings in my over 25 years in business. I encourage others to seek a different book if they are desiring to grow professionally.
