Much better than I was expected, really good and actionable advice. I liked it so much I bought the kindle book too.

This was a solid read that helped tie together a few different communication methods. Spoken word, presentations and even digital communications were covered here in a very comprehensive way. Lots of real world examples throughout the book.

I enjoyed the step by step tips and tricks on how to keep presentations and speeches clear and concise. I also liked how Jay touched on grammar and leadership.

This book has application for leaders, sales and anyone who communicates with others. The authors provides easily understood examples of how to connect with and engage your audience. This is one of those books I will listen to a few more times, not because of the difficulty to digest but because the information is that transformative. Things seem obvious regarding human relations, Listening and speaking, getting people to understand you, but this book uncovers the things that you think you know and just plain don't. Excellent. Letting it setting for a listen soon.
