It's entirely sounds, Allison Blaire does a short introduction and conclusion, but the rest is all sorts of sounds she claims' Enhance Focus, Memory, Relaxation, Accelerate Recovery, and Elevate Your Wellness (Own Your Mind and Body Health)'. I cannot attest to all of that after one listen, but I can say I slept really well, and I dreamt vividly which if I ever do, I don't remember. I highly recommend this audiobook for anyone who experiences difficulty falling asleep!

Focus and calm

I have been researching how different frequencies can help improve your concentration. I listened to this audiobook in my headphones whilst working on the laptop. I was pleasantly surprised how the soundscapes helped me to block out distractions and focus on getting tasks done.
