Awesome guide, very comprehensive. I was completely new to the field, but this book made everything so accessible. I love this audiobook. I've read many books on real estate investing, and this is the most thorough look at the topic I've ever seen. They go into such detail, such as what to look for in the property you're investing in, down to how the floors feel. I highly recommend it.

This comprehensive two-in-one guide covers everything from closing your first deal to effective ways to handle property management. I am a Realtor, and I am very interested in investing. The first book shares how to close your first deal in seven simple steps discuss financing without credit or money and discusses the top real estate investment opportunities. Book 2 covers property management. It discusses what to buy, where to find, and how to manage. This is presented in an easy way to understand. The information is very well organized. This book is for anyone wanting to do any real estate investing. I highly recommend this book!

This boom is packed with information. I also wanted to know the process of getting started with real estate investing and the different types. This book goes into details and provides everything you will need in one place. My husband and I are interested in explains our relationship estate investments and already have one property we own for long term rentals. Our next venture in in short term vacation rentals and this guide gives us all the information on how to find the best deal. The book outlines a plan and we will follow it.

In particular I liked listening to the process of a landlord first deciding on a renter, how to adjust for extra costs like pets, and how important it is to feel confident about who you are renting to. Make a plan and your requirements and stick to it. Not worth cutting corners.
