This audiobook is not based on theories or practices I personally haven’t implemented. This is the real deal–warts and all.
At the time of this writing, our Mortgage Team closed over 700 transactions for over $230,000,000 in volume the prior year. I personally worked on three of those loans, but my preference would have been zero. If our team doesn’t close one billion in a single year within the next five years, I will consider us underachieving.
We are a purchased focused team, so this audiobook is not for loan officers, brokers, or owners trying to take advantage of a refinance boom. This is an audiobook for a loan officer trying to grow a purchase based mortgage team or business that can be maintained in a high or low interest rate environment. This is an audiobook for someone that wants to create a great business for themselves and their teammates.
