Highly highly recommend this book for any solo entrepreneurs, speakers or consultants looking to market and build their business. Truly amazing book
I learned about David Newman from a podcast hosted by my industry’s National Association. I decided to check out this Audible book and I am amazed at the amount of amazing content David shares. GOOD Book. However...
What did you like best about Do It! Marketing? What did you like least?
The book overall surely worth 4
The only reason i gave 3, is that there is a lot of self promotion and hidden sales agenda by the author for him self (for example, while writing this review and listening to the book, i heard 2 self promotions for the author, so you can imagine how much self promotion in there...
When i purchase a book, i did not buy a advertisement magazine, i expect it:
1) Ads free
2) Well structures, concise, straight forwards, without lablabla stories
The book could surely have been made shorter (a bit not much), but still every minute for me counts
After all what i mentioned above,
i would surely listen to the book again, because i do believe that there is a lot of useful information in there
i wish i could filter things out

There is not one complete book in the market, i think the question is not relevant over here

Entertaining and informative
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
David's particular style makes this book an entertaining read, and his self-deprecating humor makes the digestion of what he's saying.
What does David Newman bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
David brings a frankness and a "You don't have to do X to get Y, you just have to do this and do it well." Where some people would hide behind trying to convince you that they are really important and know things, and if you're lucky by the end of the book they will share their secrets with you, David hands out his thoughts and secrets because he knows how to create that relationship with the reader and than sense of rewarding value being earned by listening/reading it.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I listened this book on the train, picking up where I left off was easy.

I would not recommend this book to anyone. BUy the book get 1997.00 in free stuff and every one like the book is a gimic
