Good listen but left wanting more...
I found this to be a good listen and a well organized layout of some key thoughts by Brian Page and his successful journey in creating passive income vehicles.
I commend Brian on his success and as a former STR owner can appreciate what he has put together. While this book is also a sales funnel to his more expensive products, that did not bother me because it's really what the book is trying to teach you.
However, I found the book to be more anecdotal then prescriptive to finding success in acquiring and operationalizing PIVs. Additionally it references website resources that are not even up and running which I found frustrating. I would say it's worth a read just to get you motivated and learn a bit more about passive income investments but do not expect to come out of it with anything really tangile to take you to the next step, unless of course you want to sign up for one of his courses which likely could bring you some success in your PIV journey.
