Surprised this works!
At first listen this audio seemed awkward but I listened through the whole guided meditation. I was amazed how calm and relaxed I felt. Situations that normally annoy me were not a big deal and I was able to brush off! I’m so grateful I found this and it’s only 30 minutes Hope this helps

Honestly, I didn't read the entire title. I planned on playing this for background noise while at work. Definitely worth the download and listen. Exactly what I was looking for
Only used today for first time but the affirmations are superb and easily listened to repeatedly during my workday. I like the affirmations and then the repeat feature to fully let it sink in. I’m very pleased I found this. My past experiences with affirmations via audio have been excellent with great results and this is very similar.

People need to listen to this
I truly truly love & believe in this whole concept! it's something I've always strived to do h didnt even realize it. Now I really want to take the EQ test. I want my husband to read it now, my kids to be taught this (more intentionally) and it's even a great sort of "training" to implement at work! So glad I came across this. Heard of it at a networking event, where the entire occasion was revolved around this thought and downloaded it.. so happy I did!! Offer it.. peruse it and more than anything »» APPLY IT !! ««
