Want to read all her books

This book opened my eyes to so many things I have been doing wrong. Diets, exercise, stress, a hamster on a wheel nothing has worked. This book has given me hope! As a peri menopausal woman I thought it was hopeless. Light at the end of the tunnel.

So Informative!!

This is such a great book in that it helps teach you how to take responsibility for your own health and for the choices you make with regard to what you eat. I have struggled with health issues related to Chronic Lyme Disease, RA and Epstein Barr for 19 years. While I have been able to make progress with my health over the years with alternative medicine, I just have not been able to get back to a place where I don’t have unexpected flares. By using the fasting protocols, specifically the 17 hour fasts, the changes from the autophagy phase has finally helped me clear the residual garbage out of my cells. My gut has healed after all of the years of antibiotics prescribed by western medicine and I feel so much more in control. Now I am considering the 3 day water fast!

Helping my daughter

This is exactly what she needs! Continuous bleeding, weight gain, high glucose and triglycerides caused us to go to doctor who agrees diet needs to be addressed.

I now WILL fast like a girl!!

Felt very special that there is a book customized just for women. After working through a lifetime eating disorder, this has been a game changer. So inspiring, educational, entertaining - I have told many about this book and wish I had it available to me when I was still “cycling.” I felt hopeful after reading this and implementing the dynamics was simple.
