Excited to do this!

My GYN recommended this book and I’m super excited to lose the few pounds I’ve been struggling with. With menopause and the pandemic I was up 20 pounds from where I am today. Through healthy dieting and exercise I was able to get back to my pre pandemic weight but have been hovering 10 pounds above where I want to be, I started this diet a few weeks ago and I am down 2 pounds and love this way of eating. The recipes are easy and delicious and I look forward to getting to a healthy weight and off the weight struggle bus for good!

FINALLY! My answers to chronic perimenopause and midlife!

For two years my healthy lifestyle has changed drastically. Primary care and OBgyn’s could not help me with the extreme changes in my overall health. Now 40lbs heavier, unable to lose weight, inability to exercise due to chronic body/joint pain and inflammation, and a recent Osteoarthritis diagnosis, I refused to believe there were no answers to my failing health.

I found a new doctor who recommended HRT and The Galveston Diet.

Now I have the answers I’ve been looking to assist with my navigation through perimenopause and beyond.

I look forward to starting my new lifestyle change, and to reap the wonderful benefits of The Galveston Lifestyle.

Exceptionally well-researched.

I follow MCH on instagram. She’s great at explaining in layman terms how menopause affects all women and what steps to take to feel good again. She genuinely cares and wants to get all research and new findings out to women.
The Galveston diet is very do-able , especially if youve dabbled with keto.

Life changing

The Galveston Diet has been life changing for me. I’ve lost a few pounds and have gotten myself back emotionally!!! Nothing else has worked in the past.

Much needed Menopause/Perimenopause Info!

I enjoyed this so much on Audible and was so glad to finally have it after following Dr. MCH on social media.

We humans with uteri, do not have enough info and research on our changing bodies.

Dr. MCH not only describes many perimenopause symptoms (there are 31); but also medically approaches what to do in order to combat them.

After listening, I absolutely bought the hard back book and started taking notes!

While listening, I started the intermittent fasting only, and have already lost 4 lbs in a week.

Today, I start the meals and macros!

I’m impressed and so glad to have Dr. MCH in our corner!

If you have a uterus, and are over 35, this is a must read!! (Perimenopause symptoms can start 10 years prior to menopause and are often misdiagnosed!)

Well done, Dr. Mart Claire Haver! I’m even more a fan, now.

Great book very informative!

Very persuaded to try. Not sure if I will. A lot of the foods recommended I just won’t eat. However, worth a try!

Bought Audible plus hardcover

I’m enjoying what the doctor has to say about her program. It’s very encouraging. I discovered this plan in Woman’s World Magazine. I didn’t think too much about it when I bought the magazine at the checkout counter. I started her plan this week and I am excited about the prospect of losing menopause weight.
