I needed this.
I used to have a whole collection of Dean Graziozi's books on real estate wholesaling. I lent them to a friend and never saw them again. There was no way for me to replace that information until now. Most of the old tactics are still good and covered well in this book. However, this book is vastly updated to modern techniques and includes many things that we didn't know about back then. I especially enjoyed how to use Youtube to maximize business activity. I generally understood this, but this book was detailed and step by step. Relevant and helpful for anyone interested in this type of real estate business, especially in Florida, but much of it is transferrable to other states.
