Wow amazing listen book...
This is a great hypnosis auto tape. Her voice is very soothing and relaxing! I always have a hard time going to sleep but after listening to the hypnosis I was able to fall asleep a lot faster than normal.

Hated this. it sounds like it was recorded on a cheap recording device and then played through the phone.
most the chapters are discussing whether it works and all the ways they say it works.
I honestly hate that I used a credit on this..
