There's a great describing the ideas why relationships turn sour - very revealing if you're fighting in a relationship right now. Informative, some new information and tips

I found this book to be informative with some new information and tips . Always hard to be going thru a break up and I’ve read many such books , this one talks about many topics such as radio silence also know as the no contact rule , it talks about tips for better relationship when getting back together with your x or relationship tips in general such as eye contact during communication. Overall a good read for tips on getting thru your break up

I would highly suggest this book (and have) to young and more mature people suffering the heartache of a breakup. This will help one get back up, dust off, and receive a strong sense of self. You can't be in a happy healthy relationship unless you are already happy and healthy by yourself.

Amazing audiobook.

It encouraged me SO much in the months after my serious breakup. Mourning the death of a 7-year relationship is hard, but this audiobook encouraged me to know the way I felt was normal and gave me coping abilities to deal with. 10/10 recommend.
