Fabulous!!!

Wonderful story. I really like Matthew Riker, and his "team," Franklin, Simon and Jessica.
This was about 'terrorist's who weren't really terrorists that Riker had to take care of and his only help was his handler and two very rich young people. One he was told he was to protect, and nothing else, and his friend Jessica who he put in danger and Riker added her to his protection. It was a really good book. Riker didn't care in the least about killing the bad guys**********

Fade-to-black sex and the F-bomb was used 10 times*********

As for the narration: Jay Snyder is an awesome narrator. He did all the books in the Gray Man series and I loved them all, including the two in this series, too. I hope the 2 books in this series is not all there's going to be. Riker is a wonderful hero.

Excellent!!

I enjoyed this second book in the Riker series better than the 1st. This was much more believable. I like the way he developed the characters and hope there will be more from them in the future.
The narrator was excellent, nuanced and very easy to listen to. All in all a very enjoyable listen.

Not a single boring moment

I loved this audiobook. It was full of action and it made sense. There were none of the hard to believe heroics that make a work hard to finish.

My new favorite author

These books really keep me engaged I just wish they were longer I hate when they end and the narrator is great. I can’t wait to read the third book but really don’t want to have no Matthew Riker books left to read.

Another great book in a good series!

If I had but one suggestion for this series it would be for the writer to consult with a military friend to help him get his terminology down.. otherwise, fun read.

A Good Ghost

A very entertaining audiobook. Matthew Riker is the type of guy one needs in this world of ours where money & power seem to override any logical moral authority. A Good Ghost in a good story.

Pretty intense! Love Riker and all the characters in this one. Perfect personas for Franklin and Simon

too many deus ex machina moments

The first book in this series was excellent, but this one was obviously written in the hopes it would appeal to a screenwriter... full of glitz, over-the-top monied rich people, etc. It makes the impossible ONLY improbable. When you add up all the improbables, it becomes unbelievable.

Killing

I always like a good handsome hero, there was just a little bit of a overkill. You might say I’m Rikers Park, because everybody no matter what had to die.

Great Story and narration!

I really like Riker! This is a great series do far. With only 2 books out I am already hooked.

This story is full of action, adventure, mystery, bad guys and an odd ball great team Riker got together. Some great characters and well done character development. Lots of dialogue too.

As for the narration, it is amazing! I love Jay Snyder. He does such a great job on all the voice distinction and the female voices. He has a nice reading voice and reads with emotion. Makes the story come to life!
