I know there are tons of books on habits but I was looking for something more actionable and given that this is a "step-by-step guide", I wanted to give it a try. Great book!!
This is it!! This book can not be any more useful!. All the tips are laid out clearly and everything is actionable. Tons of relevant and practical information. There is plenty of techniques and tactics to build new good habits and I'm already noticing changes in my routine by implementing them.
