A feel good book about being sad

This was an insightful listen that helped me cope with the stresses of life these days. The author has a pleasant voice. Her story was easy to relate to. It was filled with wisdom and insight. Being human can be hard but this book offered a great perspective to make the sad parts a little easier.

More an self biography

The author puts a lot of her personal life into the book, making you listen for a lot of time to get the small pieces of useful material.
