Resumen del Editor

What if a simple understanding of how the mind works was all you needed to build a business that inspired innovation, productivity, loyalty, and the ability to continually solve complex business problems? What if you never needed to study "proven strategies" or buy into someone else's success story?

Imagine if....

  • Business problems seemed to melt away on their own
  • You could work and live free of anxiety and feeling overwhelmed
  • Your staff was fiercely loyal and committed to your success
  • New, game-changing ideas and innovations were commonplace

Humans Working presents a deep yet straightforward understanding of the most important asset in business - the human mind - and illustrates implications for you as a business leader, contributor, parent, partner, and beyond.

surprisingly compelling for such a short listen.

When I saw this book was shorter than 2 hours I didn't believe that I would buy it but then I listened to the sample and found that I couldn't stop listening. This was a compelling book.

Not your typical business manual

Naphtali Visser's "Humans Working: Why Culture and Mindset Beat Strategy" is a refreshing departure from the typical business manual. Unlike most business books that bombard readers with an array of strategies, tools, and techniques, Visser emphasizes the power of what lies within us. Through his engaging wit, humor, and personal anecdotes, Visser embarks on a journey that aims to ignite the intrinsic potential within both your business and personal life.

This book delves beyond organizational practices and strategies, offering a profound understanding of human nature that resonates universally across various settings. Visser's central message is clear: by fostering a human-centric culture and nurturing your team, you can generate an energy far greater than anything achieved in isolation.

Visser advocates for businesses to recognize that the key to amplifying success lies in valuing the people within the organization. Engaged employees perform better and faster, underscoring the notion that people are more crucial than strategies and tactics. Without addressing the human element first, achieving other objectives becomes a formidable challenge.

In "Humans Working," Visser's compassion and insight shine through as he reveals a fundamental truth: a positive and joyful culture is the cornerstone of any successful business. His deep understanding and empathetic approach make this book an essential read for anyone seeking to transform their organization from within.
