Awesome Diet Book

The first half of this book is dedicated to understanding keto, and setting yourself up for success with making such a diet change. The information is all very helpful and useful, if time-consuming to listen to.

Amazing Recipes

There is a wealth of information in this book! I highly recommend this for long time Paleo Primal folk and those new to Low Carb High Fat! The graphics are wondering and the organization of information is superb! The things I really love:

Nice Book

This book offers a great framework for the Keto diet, but some of the info/opinion is a little over the top. For example, there's no scientific evidence that would support GMO foods being harmful to human health or organic produce being any healthier, so I question the author's scientific literacy

Well Told

This book has been the best tool ever for me on this change of lifestyle. As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist through it's really hard to go against the grain of what I've been taught. This author has really opened my eyes and led me in the right direction of High Fat eating. I've always known sugar was the devil but now, with all the facts, I know I'm not going to play with the devil anymore.

Great Healthy Diet



This book is jam packed with amazing information that really helps you see the whole picture. She really helps you take a look at every aspect of this lifestyle and really challenges you to adjust it to you instead of following the standard. Really amazing book!

Lovely Keto Plan

This book really helped me decide if I wanted to try Keto and how to do so in a way that works for me. I need more veggies in my diet but including “carb-ups” means I don’t lose weight as fast as some. For me, it feels much more sustainable this way and I am losing about a pound a week.

Awesome Keto Recipes

I really appreciated the science in this book. There are meal plans as well which can be really helpful when you first start this kind of diet. I would definitely recommend it.

Exceptional

The books have lots of good information, but it's too rumbly. The first part of the book repeats over and over how great the keto diet is. The author is young and the book is written just like a teenager speaks. This doesn't detract from the content, but it's a little distracting for people older than maybe 35.

Very Very Well

Overall a really great book. I have been Primal for many years and this book brought some fresh new takes on this lifestyle and I really enjoyed it!!
