2 books for personal growth
I liked listening to this. The author gave great insight on managing emotions and understanding them. Then the book 2 was all about mental toughness. I like the examples and steps used and were very helpful for overthinking, confidence, and getting discipline. Overall the books have a ton of great info, easy to follow along, and are a full resource in one book.
