Must read in today’s food climate!

Having Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis since the age of 14 and also birthing 4 babies in less than 5 years between ages 30 and 35, I have struggled with some insulin resistance. My last baby was an emergency c-section, and I lost a lot of blood. My body has yet to recover proper metabolism function at almost 2 years later. This book gave me so much hope that I do have some level of control over changing the way my body feels and looks. Lara’s advice is practical and easily digestible. I’ve also read her Period Repair Manual, and I’d say both books should be required reading for all women!
