Everything in one place

This book has been perfect for me and my partner. We have been individually learning about these things, mental health for me and gut health for her. It has been difficult to fully get into it though without being able to easily explain our own findings to eachother. This book wonderfully addresses both and the ways that they intersect, and allowed us to enjoy listening together. We can't wait to start putting all the things we learned in this book into practice.

I intend to buy this audiobook to educate myself on mental health and get better sleep. If I hadn't purchased this book, I would have gone to my old habits and not improved my health.
