# SUPER POSITIVE MINDSET!
I am very happy that people are realizing that we are really a large part of what we think and that our minds are very powerful! If w feed our minds with negativity, then we are already defeated in life. Use the daily affirmations in this book, break them down and explain them to your kids, and you will definitely see positive changes in your life. These affirmations also help me to encourage my brain to map out new paths to contentment. This sure works! I would encourage anybody to download this and always play it on their phones and in their cars.

Great way to start the day
First of all, it's lovely to listen to. Great narration, and it's so soothing. And the positive messages feel great. I whole-heartedly believe that spending time with books like this is good for the soul. And this is a fantastic example of the genre.

Fabulous!
I really LOVED this. If you want to feel motivated throughout the day (not just in the morning), download this to your phone as I did. It's very well narrated, it has a great motivational background track and the affirmations are FIRST CLASS. You definitely need this.

The best way to wake up!
A great audio book to start your day off right and bring positively into your life. After just a few minutes, you feel completely different. I also loved the narrator's voice. It was very powerful—a joy to listen to.

Affirmations!
Highly recommend this. A really great way to start the day, positive energy counts for a lot I usually do affirmations every morning however this is a great substitute.
