Good but a bit “one note”

Worth a listen. A central theme to this book is seeing a goal through by using affirmations. Repeating them, saying them out loud numerous times a day. That’s useful, but nothing that hasn’t been said before. I may go back and listen to some parts again; I may have missed something. Narrator is a plus: clear and distinct.
