This is an action-packed romance with an HEA and no cliffhangers. It features an over-the-top possessive psychopath and a peculiar medical examiner with a stomach made of steel. There's violence, torture (only of very bad people), dark humor, amazing side characters, and very spicy scenes with blood play. Morality's grey area is quite stretched in this story.

This is book one in the Angels of Wrath Series. Each book follows a different couple.

loved the sound of narrator it flowed so smoothly. this was my first time back listening to a audible book in years and after such a great listen will be ordering more. can't wait for next book in series.

One of the best Dark romance stories I’ve read!

Loved the back story and the darkness! The characters are great and the heat is amazing.

Riveting story

This had me hooked from the beginning and the twist near the end actually did surprise me a bit, which doesn’t happen very often. Complex storyline and characters. Looking forward to the next one. My only criticism is that I was not thrilled with Michael’s voice, but that’s just personal preference, and Rafael’s voice more than made up for it.

Dark and Funny

This book was sweet, dark, and funny. Absolutely loved this book. I will be adding it to my favorites list.

Dark and Sexy

Enjoyed the first book in Paulina Ian-Kane's 'Angel's of Wrath' series very much. The premise is very similar to Onley James's 'The Necessary Evils'. A group of young men bonded as brothers by similar experience and mental state, psychopath or sociopath's, working together to assassinate evil people, those getting away with criminal often horrendous acts that law enforcement cannot stop. They live together in a large estate owned by rich adult(s) who have worked with the group to function in society without unwanted notice. The premise is very similar, however Paulina has made the story unique enough that it's interesting and entertaining. A few very gruesome scenes but there's a story woven into the murder and very hot sex. I've already purchased the second in the series. The narrator duo were fantastic!!!

Can’t wait to listen to the second one. The narrators did a fantastic job. Found Declan Winter’s via another Mafia series - Vitale Brothers, and I had to check this one out and so glad I did. If you love possessive psycho who is obsessed with his love interest, this series is for you

awesome story. well written dark vigilante romance. book one in this series. I can't wait to see what happens next with these men. Family!! Narration is outstanding. Michael Ferraiuolo and Declan Winters did a great job bringing this story and all of the characters to life.👏🔥❤️

Both story and narration were fantastic and engaging. No dull moments. Can’t wait for more.

Too similar to another series

This story line and setup for a series is really really similar to the Necessary Evils series by Only James…. A little too similar IMO. (Psychopath vigilantes, adopted by a millionaire and taught a code, obsessive MMC, even the brothers are similar in character traits) It really threw me off. Overall the story was good but with it not being original it was predictable. There was only one or two things that were different honestly. If you haven’t read NE series then you’ll prob love this. Narration was fantastic though!
