Convicted… spiritually and about my health
I cannot even begin to explain how convicted spiritually I was within the first 30 minutes and in tears. Now for my health… I have 4 children and was able to “bounce back” after my first child, but my body never recovered to pre-babies after children 2-4. I am always looking for something to help, but I struggle with my relationship with food and my overall mindset. Listening to this book has motivated to educate myself about how good REALLY affects my body. Also, the work ethic Jillian has is incredible!! I definitely am inspired to up my game. Highly recommend this book!
