This series is awesome!

Great writing, great voice acting and significant plot development. This series reminds me of defiance of the fall. Will be eagerly anticipating the next book drop.

it's just fun to listen to. As a story there was 1 single moment that was impossible per the world's rules that allowed key points of the story to happen. For me the story ends when that happens. fret not, it is easy to miss or simple to gloss over. I simply can't get past it personally. So the ride is over for me =(. To be frank, if you liked the first 1 you'll like the second book even more.

Unique story and enjoyable

Seemed weird in the beginning but by this second book, I really enjoyed the stories and characters

Rough start, builds, and then great second half

Found the 1st third of book not as good as the second two thirds, so if you're in the same boat I suggest sticking with it. The author does a great job, and the world's developing story is very interesting, with great twists and turns in second half. Where I struggle with this series is that we have a very basic and OP main character class and that's becoming a little concerning. The repeated, I'm losing, so I get mad and win solution to every battle repeats a lot. With that said, the setup for the third books sounds really interesting. Again, Berserker Class Characters, not my favorite, but author surprises me with interesting events and a larger story percolating the longer plot line.

The narrator performance is really great, my only hang up is the portrayal of female character voices. Some cringe. I'll leave it at that, but if not for that the rest 5 stars.

Great continuation

If you liked book 1 you'll like book 2 I love how it doesn't end on cliffhangers but does at the same time it leaves you wanting more but satisfied with how it wrapped up

Another great book. Great sequel.

Well written. Well read. Over 20 hours was great also. Can’t wait for the next book.

Great book

The first book hooked me, and the second did not disappoint. Most definitely my favorite series to date.
