Excellent, I need this.

As someone who has suffered through childhood trauma, I have seen enough to last a lifetime, now that I am older, I can honestly say this audiobook has helped me realize that I am not alone, I have needed to hear these word for some time, and I can't thank the author for saying them such compassion and understanding. It really was like having my own personal therapist. I am eternally grateful and will keep this audiobook for years to come. Thank you!

Great prompts for journalling

Having struggled with inner child work with my therapist I was looking for some guided journal prompts that could help me convey what I was feeling and be able to journal about those thoughts that came up. This audible was great at giving very clear prompts that I could relate to and help me reflect in my own healing journey. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed the first one, so I listened to the 2nd one! Amazing work and learning the importance of journaling my traumatic experiences and how to properly heal from it.

when you get your thouths out of your head they change for the better

How many times have you had negitive thoughts eating away at you? THe magic is when toy get them out of your head you can look at them and they lose power and you can let them go. That is what this book is all about. I highly recommend.

A good book to read

This is a good book for people to get their healing by putting out or sharing their trauma so that they can create space for growth and healing.One would be surprised that the trauma was experienced to their childhood and was not dealt with did not go away.
