The Narrator had a great voice and helped guide the listener through the quiz and subsequent steps for better confidence.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, this short book can be played in just one sitting. I suggest listening with a pen and paper around in the beginning (first 20 minutes) so you can listen and answer the quiz.

In 54 minutes this audiobook will not only teach you about confidence, but provide you some directions on how to improve your confidence. The audiobook begins with a dissection of confidence and the many different ways confidence is defined. Then the listener is guided through a quiz. Once the quiz is taken, results are provided and the book breaks down which part of confidence you need to work on. The rest of the book discusses habits and other ideas to work on the quiz results.
I really appreciated the analysis of my quiz results and the way this audiobook expeditiously explains the ways to work on confidence. There was no “fluff” or extraneous information, one usually has to comb through when reading a self-help book.

Positive and Uplifting Advice
Self Confidence was a positive and uplifting listen. It offered great advice and suggestions of daily things to do to have a more confident day such as waking up early, a few quick exercises, and a healthy breakfast. Self-reflection and self discipline were other good points.
I found this book useful because who doesn't need positive reinforment. It's basic information that most people already know however to know it and put it at the back of your mind and to hear it are two different things. I think hearing it adds some accountability to it.
The narration by Sunny St. Dennis was good. She had a nice, positive tone and spoke clearly only it was a little too fast. I listen at the regular speed setting but it sounded like it was on one and a half or two. Overall it was a good listen.
