Beth’s book, Success with Potty Training offers clear, practical advice on recognizing readiness, establishing routines, and handling setbacks with patience and positivity.
As a working mother, quick, effective, and painless solutions are much needed. Beth’s empathetic tone and personal anecdotes are reassuring and make the book highly relatable and supportive.
I LOVE that she emphasizes a child-centered/guided approach. My daughter had fun seeing teddy bear use the toilet and quickly understood the concept by being involved in that "role play" before trying it herself.
I can also easily see how this would be adaptable to various parenting styles and cultural backgrounds.
Sometimes, what we think should be intuitive, like potty training, isn’t, and we bite off more than we can chew. My 3-year-old daughter successfully and smoothly potty trained in 3 days with this program (no pull-ups, potty seats, and minimal nighttime accidents).
