If you seriously want to get to know yourself!
This book gives very good ideas on how to journal. It'll bring perspective to how to self care , work through issues and steps on how to get to know the real you. I recommend this to people who want to journal or need to get to their authentic self to live a better life.

The author demonstrates that she not only has the ability to provide you with powerful tools but she speaks from experience which makes this work a truly wonderful opportunity to go deeper with the person that knows you best... Yourself
Narration is outstanding... I've went through many great books where the author has been led to believe that he or she can also do the audio... Wrong! This is not the case here, it's a pleasure to hear how this book has been brought to audio
Will enjoy this for many years to come as I continue my journey through the art of Journaling
