Life is a beautiful mess, full of ups and downs, elation and sadness. All experiences are good for development, despite their benevolence and horror, because they make us who we are, i.e., we are shaped by them. Without the contrast between the light and dark of them, we are left alone as hopeless and innocent as the day we are conceived; therefore, all experience offers us an opportunity to grow and navigate the disorder thrown in our way on a daily basis. It's necessary to become whole with our life history as it is our personal education that allows us to improve decisions and life choices that are necessary to survive day in and day out. Suppressing memories and experiences can be a coping mechanism in certain psychological states and is often incorrectly labeled as a weakness; it's necessary to face these, despite the difficulty, as an act of mindfulness and wisdom when we are ready to allow the knowledge gained from them to be placed in our arsenal to assist us in conquering reality acting as an adaptive force necessary to survive as a loan soldier surrounded by 8.5 billion other souls marching ahead day by day into the future, clamoring for a better tomorrow.
