More specifically today we are focusing on stability, mobility and flexibility. Join me as we relearn how to move to prevent injury which is the heart and soul of what this last piece is all about. Peter Attia's first commandment of fitness is: first, do thyself no harm. So today we learn how embracing and implementing some of this "ility" work on a weekly basis can go a long way in allowing you to keep doing what you're doing for the long haul.
