    He is a loved husband and grandfather who has lived a normal life in Arizona, USA.

    When he started having high blood pressure in his 40s and knew his dad needed a triple bypass around the same age, he started becoming aware of his mortality.

    Over the years, he was trying to implement some healthy habits, but the result never showed as his high blood pressure kept on creeping up, and his need for medication increased until he was on the MAXIMUM dosage of 2 different kinds of medications.

    We met at the gym, and today's talk is about his journey from being an unhealthy 68-year-old who had a great need for medications to becoming the happy 70-year-old he is today, proving anything is possible! He has a doctor who keeps lowering the dosage of medication because his body is responding so positively to the nutritional changes he has made.

    Bill will also share more exciting side effects of his healthier lifestyle like improved skin, increased energy levels, and even his hair color that has gone from white to darker shades!

    She faced a range of health challenges, from recurring yeast infections that made even a glass of wine off-limits to nearly monthly UTIs that left her trapped in a frustrating cycle for years.

    She’ll also share her battle with the Epstein-Barr virus and the increasing fatigue that came with it. She also experienced enlarged Thyroid and Lymph nods as a result!

    Katie’s health was affected negatively due to all of the antibiotics, instead of helping, worsened her condition, leaving her stuck in a downward spiral.

    Katie is a development expert, a blogger, and a published author, but her 8-year-old son started struggling.

    Puking, Tix, and a low immune system were symptoms that started the problematic journey!
    Luke started having many unexplained symptoms that the doctors struggled with being able to explain.

    Katie will share her journey of needing to homeschool her child and seeing him being stuck in bed!

    Unable to eat a normal diet.

    See him going from a vibrant child to a child who quit singing and had personality changes that made her scared for the future.
