    A Letter to the Question I've Been Avoiding:
    Allow me tonight to write a letter to the question I’ve been avoiding..

    Please just let me hide in the noise I confuse for love.
    Allow me to be immersed with the sweet eye candy I label as beautiful.
    Let me be lost in the chaos that I convinced myself was a joyous dance.

    If I keep telling myself nothing is wrong will it truly make the self conflicting thoughts go away?

    If I write that I’m just shedding a version of myself, instead of recognizing the pattern will it erase my suffering?

    If I can live as if I’m bathing in light, does that mean I’ll no longer drown in my shadows?

    And if I ask all these questions can I continue to avoid the one?

    The one who’s answer I already know but pretend it isn’t clear. Because it appears more and more everytime I release what’s here

    You really do get me every time.
    And I try to blame the Clair-senses or Omnipresence that I sit here mesmerized.

    I don’t need a response from you to still hear and feel your voice
    ...as annoying as that is.
    I still carry it as you tell me;
    That avoiding the silence doesn’t mean it isn’t there. Resting between the breath and the spaces of what I hear.

    It's patiently waiting for me to become aware.

    How Freeing:
    I sit outside at dawn looking at the sunrise until I can close my eyes and still see the shine. That’s when I ask in desperation, “please show me how to let go…”

    Wherever I am meant to go, please show me how to flow.

    Where I can detach from the story of I, me or mine. Where I can dissolve the anxiety connected to time. I can let go of past wounds and encourage flowers to bloom. I can let go of comparison to them and come back to the oneness I attune.

    The space where G dissolves and the only thing left is a Being – A beaming from this light which at one point entered only through my eyelids. But now, shines from within. Filling up my chest with a warmth and gently touching whatever I lay my sight upon.

    The spaciousness that whispers all that this soul is meant to be. Free.

    I asked if you could show me how to let go.. I didn’t realize the question was also my answer.

    I became a witness to the magic that happens from surrendering to the question. An observer that realized in order to let go, you have to allow and let in. Maybe it was my mind and ego that grasped onto the story of who i am as a man, but the silence reminded me of what i truly am. I sat thinking of all the things i needed to let go when all I needed was to sit and just be.
